Consultation & Training
Relational Team Consultation & Group Reflective Practice
Working in schools, health and community services can be complex. Teams are often navigating competing demands, challenging situations, organisational pressures and the emotional impact of supporting others.
Chloe works alongside school wellbeing teams, educators, leadership groups, mental health professionals, NGOs and community organisations to create space for reflection, shared understanding and more sustainable ways of working.
Drawing on Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and contextual reformulation, Chloe helps teams recognise recurring relational patterns, explore how organisational systems influence their work, and consider different ways of responding when things feel stuck.
Sessions can support teams to:
Reflect on complex situations involving students, clients, families and colleagues.
Understand team dynamics, recurring tensions and patterns of communication.
Explore professional roles, boundaries and competing expectations.
Recognise the impact of organisational pressures, emotional labour and burnout.
Strengthen collaboration, reflective capacity and shared understanding.
Identify practical, sustainable ways forward.
Chloe has extensive experience working with professionals and teams across education, health, mental health and community services, bringing a relational, trauma-informed, neuroaffirming and systemic perspective.
