Chloe Sutton
Clinical Supervisor & Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
“I bring a relational lens not only into the therapy space but all my work. Without understanding how we relate to ourselves it’s impossible to understand how we relate to others and the world around us. This is essential to our growth.”
– Chloe
Experienced mental health practitioner
As an experienced clinical supervisor and counsellor.
Chloe offers the following services:

Welcome – I'm really glad you're here.
Whether you're a young person, a parent or carer, or a fellow helping professional, you're in the right place. Reaching out for support – for yourself, your child, or in your work – can feel like a big step. I want you to know that this space has been created with care, compassion and real understanding at its heart.
I work with people navigating all kinds of challenges – from anxiety and big emotions to identity, grief, trauma, and the ups and downs of being neurodivergent in a world that doesn’t always ‘get it’.
My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative and deeply respectful of your lived experience. I value the whole of who you are – not just the parts you’re struggling with.
If you’re a parent or carer, I’ll walk alongside you and your young person with empathy and insight. If you’re a fellow clinician looking for supervision, I bring honesty, curiosity and a space to reflect, grow and be human in this work.
You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly what you’re looking for. You just need to show up – and we’ll take it from there, together.
